Our story
Terrace Garden was started in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh by Sachida Nand Sharma, an engineer who got tired of buying tomatoes coated in pesticide and lettuce trucked in from 1,200 km away. After a year of failed terrace experiments — wrong crops, wrong season, dead seedlings — it became clear the missing piece wasn't seeds or soil. It was information: what to grow, when to grow it, how much water it needs, and how to spot trouble before the plant dies.
Terrace Garden is what that year of trial and error became: an AI-assisted operating system for the Indian terrace garden, so the next person doesn't have to lose six months figuring it out alone.
